Middlesex County is managed by Charles M. Culley, Jr., County Administrator, who is appointed by an elected five member Board of Supervisors. The County Administration office is located in the Woodward Building on the second floor, at the Court House Complex in Saluda. Office hours are weekdays 8:30 am to 4:30 PM.
