The Middlesex County Treasurer's Office is accepting applications for the position of Deputy Treasurer. The duties include posting daily transactions to the cash register, filing, collection of delinquent accounts, customer service, balancing each day's work, proficient in all phases of governmental accounting and have excellent computer skills. APPLICANTS WANTED – PART TIME DEPUTY ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER CONVENIENCE CENTER ATTENDANT • Deputy Animal Control Officer - must be willing to attend State sponsored training, have or obtain general knowledge of laws and ordinances relating to humane animal collection, care and disposal, have general knowledge of the geography of the County, be able to prepare and maintain records, must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing and must be able to lift 50 lbs. • Convenience Center Attendant – among duties: interaction with the public to enforce the regulations of the site; must be physically able to use hand tools to manually push recyclable materials within their containers; must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions.
