The Parks and Recreation exists to enhance the quality of life and to foster a serve of well begin and Community for the Citizens of Middlesex County. This is accomplished through management of resources and by facilitating leisure services and recreational opportunities in safe and well maintained environments.

Beginners Class
5 years old & under

This class will be focused on coordination and body awareness. All motor skills, beginner tumbling skills, basic beam and bars will be introduced.

Intermediate Class
5 years old & up
 
The Intermediate Class will focus on improving strength, flexibility and overall body confidence in a non-competitive atmosphere. We will be learning new skills in all Junior Olympic events, with a goal to advance to the Advanced Class.

Advanced Class
5 years old & up

The class is a competitive gymnastics class that will, in other sessions, be going to compete in gymnastics meets. Every student must have these skills to be in the Adv anced Class: cartwheel, round-off, handstand, backbend, kickover, all basic beam skills, and a pull-over on bars.
