Beginners Class

Ages: 5 and up

When: Monday and Thursday

Time: 3:30 to 4:30

Transportation: Children will ride bus 17 from Middlesex Elementary and St. Claire Walker to the gym after school.

Skills Learned: forward roll, backward roll, cartwheel, etc. Also they will learn the basic skills for balance beam, vault, and bars.

Uniform: there are additional fees for a warm up event and a event leotard.

Attire: Girls must wear a leotard and a hair up in a ponytail. Boys must wear shorts and t-shirt.

Registration Due: January 4th, 2010.

Intermediate Class

When: Monday and Thursday

Time: 3:30 to 4:30

Transportation: Children will ride bus 17 from Middlesex Elementary and St. Claire Walker to the gym after school.

Skills Learned: Backend kickover, front limber. Basic understanding of beam, bars, and vault. Challenging conditioning.

Uniform: there are additional fees for a warm up event and a event leotard. Estimated cost is $80.00 total.

Attire: Girls must wear a leotard and a hair up in a ponytail. Boys must wear shorts and t-shirt.

Advanced Class

When: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

Time: Mon. & Thurs. 4:30 to 6:00 and Tuesday 3:30 to 5:00

Transportation: Children will ride bus 17 from Middlesex Elementary and St. Claire Walker to the gym after school.

Skills Learned: Working on Back Handspring, Advanced skills on beam, vault and bars, Advance Challenged Conditioning

Uniform: there are additional fees for a warm up event and a event leotard as well as competition fees.

Attire: Girls must wear a leotard and a hair up in a ponytail. Boys must wear shorts and t-shirt.
