Ordinance Amendment 2023-04, Initiated by Soucek & Eberline, PC on behalf of WC Land Company, LLC. The request is for the purpose of amending Article 7, Section 7-3 (7-3.34 if approved) Low Density Rural (LDR) of the Middlesex County Zoning Ordinance, to add Boat, RV and Camper Storage Yards as a Special Exception use.

 

Special Exception #2023-03 submitted by Bay Design Group on Behalf of WC Land Company. The request is for approval of a Special Exception to establish a Boat, RV and Camper Storage Yard in accord with Section 7-3.34 (if amendment request is approved) of the Middlesex County Zoning Ordinance. The property for which the Special Exception is being requested is zoned Low Density Rural (LDR) and is situated along Burrells Marina Road; it is further identified as Tax Map Parcels 19-220G, 19-222, 19-222F and 19-223 in the Saluda District.

 

Special Exception #2023-04 submitted by the Middlesex Moose Lodge. The request is for approval of a Special Exception to establish Lodge Hall in accord with Section 7-3.32 of the Middlesex County Zoning Ordinance. The property for which the Special Exception is being requested is zoned Low Density Rural (LDR) and is situated along General Puller Highway; it is further identified as Tax Map Parcel 38-121, in the Pinetop District. 


Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 15.2-1800 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, the Board of Supervisors is considering granting and conveying a permanent Utility Easement over a portion of Tax Map No. 29-27C in Locust Hill to Sun Tribe Solar, LLC, for a non-exclusive easement and right-of-way to the solar field installed behind the elementary and middle schools, with a description as follows:  TM# 29-27C, 84 Sports Complex Road, Locust Hill, VA.
