**The State Board will order the holding of a primary election in Middlesex County in which it is notified pursuant to § 24.2-516 of the Code of Virginia that a primary is intended to be held. |
How to Return Your Vote By Mail Ballot
Mail your voted ballot postmarked on or before Election Day so that it is received at
Middlesex County Elections Office, PO Box 358, Saluda, VA 23149 by noon Friday after the election.
OR
Return your ballot only to the Election’s Office at 105 Bowden St, Saluda, VA 23149. You may use the secure drop off location or call us (804) 758-4420, and we will pick up your ballot curbside.
VOTE IN PERSON OR CURBSIDE
In-person Early voting will be available in the Voter Registration & Election office. Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm September 18-October 31,
and
Saturdays October 24 & October 31 from 9am-5pm.

Park curbside in our designated voter parking space and call (804) 758-4420. You may vote right in your vehicle.
ACCESSIBLE VOTING
For those unable to vote absentee by mail, or curbside, a ballot marking device is available in the Voter Registration & Elections Office. If you need this service, please call the office in advance to make an appointment (804) 758-4420.

Voter Registration By Mail
You may apply to register to vote by mail by completing and returning a voter registration application form in the manner and time provided by law. Applications are available at the Voter Registration office, your local post office, Urbanna town office, and the public libraries.
The Constitution of Virginia requires that you be registered in the precinct in which you live to be qualified to vote. Any qualified resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia may make application for voter registration at the above places and times. Persons already registered who need to change their name or address may do so by completing a voter registration application.
